With the Skf tih 030m/230V induction heater, you mount rolling bearings and solid workpieces onto shafts quickly, evenly, and without damage. Hazardous open flames, messy oil baths, and forceful cold mounting become completely unnecessary. Designed for bearings with a bore diameter of 20 to 300 mm weighing up to 40 kg, it also handles non-bearing components up to 20 kg via time mode. The automatic temperature control pre-set at 110 °C prevents overheating, while automatic demagnetisation prevents metallic contamination. Supplied with 3 yokes and powered by a standard 230V supply, you can work safely at the workbench or on site.

The SKF TIH 030M is a small induction heater and is designed for the hot mounting of bearings. This compact heater is ideal for use on workbenches, yet it can be easily carried for on-site applications. Supplied with three yokes and foldable support arms, the heater is capable of heating bearings with a bore diameters of 20 mm or more and with a maximum weight of 40 kg.
